Return Policy

At A Signatures, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal-care items), we can only accept returns in specific cases.

Eligible Returns
Returns will be accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received an incorrect item from what you ordered.

To qualify for a return:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@asignatures.com with your order number and photos of the product.
  2. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions
  • Items without original packaging

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
