Return Policy
At A Signatures, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal-care items), we can only accept returns in specific cases.
Eligible Returns
Returns will be accepted only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect item from what you ordered.
To qualify for a return:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@asignatures.com with your order number and photos of the product.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
- Items without original packaging
Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
