Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 working days

• Other areas: 4–7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, weather conditions, or during peak sales seasons.

Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery: PKR 250 (flat rate)

• Free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking ID and courier details.

Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
